Payment policy

1. Method

Payment is by bank transfer via QR code (VietQR standard) to the account shown on the payment page.

2. Process

1. Choose a plan; the system creates an order with its own code (PLxxxxxx).
2. Scan the QR code or transfer the exact amount with the order code as the transfer description.
3. Click “I have transferred”. An administrator matches the transaction in the receiving account (correct order code, full amount) and activates the plan.

3. Notes

• Orders are valid for 24 hours. If an order expires, create a new one (orders reported as paid don't expire while being checked).
• If you pay too little or use the wrong description, the plan isn't activated automatically; contact vanthancdmmt34@gmail.com with the order code and transaction reference.
• We never activate based on a screenshot or because the payment page was opened; every payment is matched against bank data.
• Nothing is charged automatically for renewal. Buying again while active adds the time on.
• Teacher School plans are quoted individually and paid under contract.

4. Prices

Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong on the Pricing page. Prices may change; existing orders keep the price at the time they were created.
