Privacy policy

This policy explains the data Python Lab collects and how it is used.

1. Data collected

• Account information: username, display name, password (stored only as a scrypt hash, unreadable by anyone).
• Learning data: submissions, scores, lesson progress, notes.
• Questions sent to AI Tutor and the answers.
• Orders and payment transactions: order code, amount, transfer content, bank transaction code. We do not store card numbers or bank passwords.
• Technical data: IP address, access times, used for security and abuse prevention.

2. Purpose

To provide learning services, grading, Pro activation, student support, fraud prevention and quality improvement.

3. Data sharing

• AI Tutor questions (including any code you send) are forwarded to the AI provider (Google Gemini API) to generate answers.
• We do not sell personal data.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on our server, accessed over HTTPS, with periodic backups. Code you run executes in an isolated environment with no network access.

5. Your rights

You may request to view, correct or delete your personal data via vanthancdmmt34@gmail.com. Transaction data may need to be kept under accounting rules.

6. Cookies

We only use necessary login cookies, no advertising cookies.
